More than just a center, we are a FAMILY!

We not only provide you with the tools to follow the Ideal Protein protocol, but we also work hard every week to come up with diverse recipes to help you not feel deprived but with healthy alternatives.

Each week we also create a “Tip of the Week” to teach you about different food or diet related topics. We have found that by doing this, it has helped many of our dieters maintain their weight loss thanks to the nutritional knowledge they were given.

Weigh-ins & Consultations:

Our weigh-ins consist of 15 minutes where the dieters get on our high-tech scale for a full body composition analysis (this measures their body mass index, body fat %, visceral fat, body water % and more!), and then we do biometric evaluations every other week, to show them how many inches they are losing all around!

After this, we sit with the dieter to talk about their concerns, challenges, review their food journal, and more.

Meet our Staff

Jean Michael (Executive Director & Weight Loss Coach)
As a Nutritionist, my role includes completing a biometric evaluation on each patient by attaining their weight, height, body measurements, body fat to muscle mass ratio, BMR, BMI, and Waist to Hip Ratio.Based on the results, I am responsible for determining individual weight loss goals for each patient and giving a one on one thorough explanation of the results and goals. I then provide a diet and exercise regimen based on their biometric results and current medical condition. The majority of the patients that I provide nutrition counseling have a diagnosis of diabetes, hypertension, morbid obesity, metabolic syndrome, hypercholesterolemia, or hypothyroidism.
