Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method

At the Incredible Weight Loss Center we follow the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method. A protocol that was designed  over 20 years ago in France. The Ideal Protein Protocol has 4 phases that were designed to help you lose the weight, and to teach you how to keep it off.

Phase One

Is the primary weight loss phase, you will lose 100% of your weight loss goal during this Phase. Your body will be taught to live off its own fat reserve.

When not on a diet, our body’s main source of energy is its carbohydrate reserves. On this diet, we completely deplete those reserves, so our body is compelled to go to the fat and muscle reserves to burn calories, and get energy. With our high biological protein products and our nutrient rich supplements, our muscle is protected so that we do not lose muscle, but only fat. This is NOT a high protein diet, it is a balanced and healthy diet with an adequate amount of protein.

Phase Two

You will slowly start adding more fats into your diet. You will only be on Phase Two for a maximum of 2 weeks.

Phase Three

You will focus on weight stabilization and gradually reintroduce carbohydrates and healthy fats into your diet (in the morning only).

Phase Four:

Once your weight is stabilized, you will move to the fourth and final Phase, where you will begin applying the smarter eating education taught by your personal weight loss coach. This knowledge will assist you in making smarter lifestyle choices after dieting.
